• Bespoke (custom-made) creations

3. Orders & Payment Terms

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Flat rate: $12.95. Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Estimated delivery: 15–25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or local postal services. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to their personal or hygienic nature, the following cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:

• Bespoke/custom-made items
• Gift Vouchers
• Candles (if used)
• Ceramics (if used)
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
